Steven Benedict is a track and field athlete with the upmost desire, motivation and dedication to his sport. He has been a pro track runner for the last three years in some of the USA’s most prestigious races as the Adidas Classic at Icahn Stadium, Millrose Games at the 168th Armory, and the U.S. Open at Madison Square Garden.
Outside of track and field Steven has been published in Men's Health, Men's Fitness and FitnessRX Magazines. His athletic prowess has put him at the forefront of fitness as he continues to make his definitive mark on the industry.
As of late he has developed the passion for childhood obesity where he and his team are partnering with organizations and media outlets to make an impact.
Steven currently lives in Southern California where he trains with his elite coach, and of course, his Mio ALPHA, with his eyes set on the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
