The Customer Support Representative for Mio will consistently deliver superior customer experiences by proactively monitoring trends, maintaining quality and making suggestions on improvements to the Mio customer service experience. The goal for this position is to ensure the success of the Customer Support Program by being a resource, writing and enforcing policies, proactively offering recommendations on how to improve workflows and processes, and analyze and report trends in customer inquiries.
Based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Mio Global engineers performance wearables to empower consumers with the data they need to connect, monitor and improve training intensity.
