Mio FUSE now allows you to monitor your sleep and resting heart rate! To get started using this feature you must update your firmware through the Mio GO app. When you connect your FUSE you'll get a message to update your firmware. Select 'OK' and follow the prompts.
Once the firmware update is complete you can begin tracking your sleep. To put your FUSE in sleep mode, press and hold the left and right touchpoints until the display shows SLEEP? and then tap the center touchpoint to confirm that you want to go to sleep. The display will give you a good night message and then show ZZZ when you touch it.
When you are finished sleeping, press and hold the left and right touchpoints until the display shows WAKE? and then tap the center touchpoint to confirm that you want to wake up your FUSE. The display will give you a wakeup greeting and show your all-day screens.
FUSE tracks your sleep duration, resting heart rate, level of sleep (awake/light/deep), and sleep efficiency. To see a summary of your sleep, sync your FUSE to the Mio GO app. Your sleep session will sync, along with your all-day data and any workouts you have completed.
