By connecting your Mio LINK to the Mio GO app, you can track heart rate zones, calories burned, pace, and more. Mio GO & your heart rate monitor work together to give you all the tracking data you need.
Need a heart rate monitor?
Once you’ve connected Mio GO to your heart rate monitor, the app will use your heart rate to determine your real-time speed on the course. Bottom line: The harder you push yourself, the faster you’ll move through the Adventure Trip.
